POTATOES Australia Ltd has announced its new role as a Gold Sustaining Partner of the World Potato Congress Inc (WPC), following the conclusion of the 2024 World Potato Congress held in Adelaide.
The World Potato Congress is a non-profit organisation supported by a group of volunteer directors representing potato jurisdictions around the world. Congress Events are hosted in partnership with local host committees, and launched International Day of Potato which takes place later this month.
The partnership reflects Potatoes Australia‘s intent to remain engaged in international industry collaboration and knowledge sharing. The 2024 Congress, hosted in Adelaide, brought together global stakeholders in the potato sector.
