GROWERS are reminded that a final public session which will conclude the PCN Action Scotland project takes place tomorrow (Wednesday).
The event will be hosted at the James Hutton Institute, Invergowrie, between 10am and 3pm (Lunch included and will spotlight key findings, with posters and presentations from each work package on:
Highlights of the day will feature analysis of the multi-year field trials data on resistant potato varieties, alongside use of oil radish as an impactful cover crop against PCN.
There will also be an opportunity to see the new decision support system, the PCN Scenario Planner in action to demonstrate its use when planning future rotations in PCN infested land.
