A key focus at this year’s British Potato Confex will be U-Vision, with RPS Machinery providing UK and Ireland supply, integration and support for its advanced optical camera grading technology. Using high-resolution multi-camera imaging, U-Vision inspects individual potatoes for size, shape, colour and surface defects, providing accurate and consistent grading for both seed and ware applications. The system can operate on dirty, unwashed crop and can be configured as a stand-alone grader, pre-sorter or as part of a fully integrated grading and washing line.
Alongside U-Vision, RPS Machinery provides equipment and solutions through its own capabilities and specialist partners including Nicolson, Herbort and Spiessens, covering applications such as washing, peeling, sorting, handling and processing.
Our dedicated engineering team also provides installation, servicing, repairs, breakdown support and spare parts, giving customers continued support long after a project is completed.
