THE Global Potato Summit 2025 will be held on 11th and 12th December 2025 at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR, India, followed by live farm demonstrations on 13th December at a nearby location.
Having made a successful debut at the World Potato Congress 2024 in Adelaide, the summit is set to become a landmark gathering of stakeholders from across the potato value chain. The GPS 2025 focuses on the complete spectrum of the potato industry, covering areas such as growing, storage, processing, packaging, machinery, and exports. It will offer a platform for meaningful dialogue, networking, and the exploration of new business opportunities across both domestic and international markets.
Government entities, trade bodies, renowned companies from both India and around the world, and institutions from more than 15 countries are expected to participate.
The Global Potato Summit also partners with international events such as Potato Europe in the Netherlands and Potato Days Turkey.
Mantra Agri Solutions, a joint venture between India’s renowned snack food brand Haldiram and the SK Group, a leading player in the agri-value chain, has joined the Global Potato Summit 2025 as its title sponsor.
India is the second-largest potato producer in the world. The India frozen potato products market attained a value of USD 1.77 billion in 2023 and the market is expected to grow in the forecast period of 2024-2032 at a CAGR of 17% to reach USD 7.23 billion by 2032.
Following the two-day exhibition and conference, the summit will culminate with a farm demonstration on December 13th at a nearby location showcasing modern farming practices, seed varieties, mechanisation, and post-harvest technologies in action.
