THE Canadian Potato Summit 2026 will take place on January 13th.
The free virtual event will feature live presentations, practical technical sessions, and in-depth discussions on emerging trends in potato production and processing.
A half-day educational event, which kicks off at 12pm, it will focus on industry and agronomy updates from leaders in the potato sector with panels, virtual “fireside” chats and research presentations.
The event has been organised by Potatoes In Canada, a Canadian media resource.
