Demonstrations of how next-generation machine can be used in potato production systems.

SKY-Pin Drones will be demonstrating the XAG P100 Pro, a next-generation heavy-lift agricultural drone designed for precision spraying and spreading, throughout this week’s Potatoes In Practice event.

Potatoes in Practice, one of the UK’s premier field-based potato events, takes place at Balruddery Farm on Thursday (August 7th) and throughout the day Sky-Pin Drones will be demonstrating the XAG P100 Pro which is ideally suited to potato production systems.

The drone will be in action at 10am, 11.20am, 12.30pm and 2.20pm, spraying water to highlight its precision and flow control capabilities.

The team will be on hand to answer questions about drone-based spraying, spreading, crop monitoring and how this technology supports more sustainable and cost-effective farming by helping farmers to reduce chemical use and emissions and prevent soil compaction by enabling targeted, data-driven application.
