Potato products spotlighted at shows

POTATO suppliers and products will be showcased in two events which are running side by side next month.

The Hotel, Restaurant and Catering (HRC) event will take place alongside The International Food & Drink Event (IFE) at London's Excel from March 25th to 27th.

AT HRC, exhibitors who will be displaying and sampling their products include Peka Kroef, a family business from the Netherlands specialising in fresh, chilled potato products, and Aviko UKI which supplies a range of chilled and frozen potato specialities made by chefs for chefs.

IFE exhibitors will include Martin’s Famous Potato Rolls and Bread, Terry Foods, whose core products include potato ingredients, Tropical Heat, a Kenyan crisp producer, Ensemble Foods whose creative plant-based products include potato fibre as a core ingredient, Cyprus Potato Marketing Board and Clarebout, a Belgian supplier of frozen potato products for private labels. 

The Fresh Produce Consortium (FPC) has also partnered with IFE to introduce a new fresh produce section.
