ITALIAN POTATO SNACK COMPANY SEES CAPACITY RISE FRO 17 TO 30KG PER YEAR

GLOBAL Manufacturer of processing and packaging machinery, TNA Solutions, has installed a fully integrated potato crisps line, a pellet frying system and distribution, seasoning and packaging system for an Italian manufacturer.

As a result, the manufacturer, Preziosi Food, has seen its production capacity increase from 17 to 30kg per year. It is able to operate at speeds of up to 1,500kg/hour and the pellet frying system that has replaced the company’s former fryer has doubled line capacity to 600kg/hour.
