FRENCH company EléphantVert(EV), a provider of biological nutrition and stimulation products that can be used on potato crops, has taken over another French biostimulant company, BIO3G, enabling it to expand its global service offering.
The two companies began collaborating in 2018. EV, which has a presence in more than 44 countries, was founded in 2012 and BIO3G, which is based in Merdrignac (Brittany), has been operating since 1997.
EV has a solid foothold in Africa through its subsidiaries and has been looking to expand its European offering for the past two years. BIO3G is dedicated to the development of natural solutions with a 100% direct sales and advice approach in France,Switzerland,Belgium and Germany. It now has 45 products, six patents and three marketing authorisations.
